The category

Growth Intelligence™

The enterprise category that multiplies human intelligence with artificial intelligence to activate the growth potential of everyone in and around an organisation — not just the people whose job title says sales.

HI x AI = GI

Human intelligence is the fuel. AI is the multiplier. LeadX is the platform for growth.
Definition

A category is defined by the problem it names, not the features it ships.

Growth Intelligence names a specific asset and a specific failure. The asset is the growth-relevant knowledge held by people that no system records. The failure is that no category of enterprise software was ever built to activate it.

HI
Human Intelligence

Who your people know. What they heard. What they judge to be true. What has not been written down anywhere. It is the one input artificial intelligence cannot generate, because it was never recorded for a machine to read.

AI
Artificial Intelligence

Scale, scoring, enrichment and an explainable next best action — applied instantly to input no machine could have produced on its own. AI is not the intelligence here. It is the multiplier.

GI
Growth Intelligence
Growth potential that becomes visible, prioritised, actionable and measurable across the whole organisation. Not a report. A running capability.
Defensibility

Multiplication is a structural claim. Addition is a feature claim.

This distinction is the whole category, so it is worth being precise about it.
Addition — “we have both”

HI + AI

Any vendor can add a human input field and claim this by the next release. It says the two things coexist in the same product. It does not say either one needs the other.

Multiplication — “neither works alone”

HI × AI

A structural claim about architecture. A competitor built on externally sourced data cannot match it without rebuilding around a licensed contributing user base — which is a different company, not a different feature.
If either factor is zero

0 + AI = 0    HI + 0 = 0

The equation is also an operating warning. If contribution decays, the multiplier collapses — which is why participation is engineered into the platform rather than left to culture.
Why it compounds

HI + AI = ↑↑ GI

Each new contributor raises the whole product, not one slice of it. Growth Intelligence gets better the more of the organisation participates.
Boundaries

What Growth Intelligence is not.

Category definitions are made of exclusions. These are ours, stated deliberately.
Not a CRM
CRM manages customers that already exist in a system. Growth Intelligence activates knowledge that exists in no system. We sit above CRM, we sync two ways with it, and we require one.
Not lead management
Lead management processes a pipeline you already have. The category question is where the pipeline comes from in the first place, and whose knowledge it was built on.
Not an employee referral scheme
A referral scheme is a bonus policy administered by HR. Growth Intelligence is an operating layer with a data model, an AI multiplier, attribution and executive reporting. The reward mechanic is one component of it, not the point of it.
Not a data provider
We do not sell you a database of contacts. External data is a commodity that every competitor can buy. The input here is your organisation’s own human intelligence, which no one can buy.
Not “AI-powered sales software”
That phrase makes AI the active ingredient and the person a supervisor. We are the reverse: AI in the human loop. People are the source; the machine is the amplifier.
Why now

Every enterprise now has AI. Almost none has solved what to feed it.

The first wave of enterprise AI ran on what was already recorded: documents, tickets, transcripts, CRM history. That work is largely done, and it produced efficiency.

It also exposed the limit. Once every competitor has the same models reasoning over the same commercially available data, the model stops being the advantage. What remains scarce is proprietary input — and the largest untapped source of proprietary input in any company is what its own people know and have never been asked.

The models have commoditised.

The fuel has not.

The scarce asset is proprietary human input

— and it is sitting inside the organisation, unrecorded.

Categories are defined once.

Whoever names this layer and educates the market first will own the language buyers use to describe it.

Next

Define the category from the front.

Founding customers shape the platform, the methodology and how the category handles data — and receive their Growth Intelligence Baseline in the first weeks, before any results exist.
